2nd grade math: danish style

sabin loves math and here is some of what they're working on these days in math class (please disregard three mosquito bite scabs on the forehead, the mosquitos are already out):

symmetrical figures and shapes

making change by subtracting larger figures

calculating weights and putting them in ascending order.

i don't remember math being fun and colorful like this when i was a kid.
